The Royal Order of the Red Carnation recognizes gentlemen who are close friends of the chapter and have gone above and beyond in their commitment to Alpha Chi Omega. These gentlemen are always there to help the chapter, whether it's moving letters or helping us set up for events.

On April 30, 2017, the following individuals were inducted into the Royal Order of the Red Carnation (L to R): Taylor Stephenson, Austin Milan (president of Pi Kappa Alpha), and Anthony Woodard (member of Pi Kappa Alpha).

On December 2, 2017, Santos Martinez (member of Pi Kappa Alpha) was inducted into the Royal Order of the Red Carnation.
