EXECUTIVE BOARD
The executive board is responsible for the overall management and direction of the chapter. The executive board puts together all of the programming for chapter members, gives officer reports during chapter meetings, and we also make sure that everyone is upholding our standards and chapter bylaws.

The executive board also works with our Chapter Advisor, Andrea Stephenson, and the alumni advisory board to plan events and execute necessary things required of the chapter. The executive board sets the tone for the chapter.

MEET OUR LEADERS
MCKENZIE DAVIS
President
I am a junior majoring in Speech and Hearing Science, with a minor in Sociology. After graduation, I plan on getting my masters in Speech Language Pathology. I’m the most organized mess you’ll ever meet! I love shopping, traveling, and spending time with friends. I’m so honored to be the Chapter President of Alpha Chi Omega, and can’t wait to give back to Alpha Chi Omega as it has given to me!
ELOHOR OKENE
VP Chapter Relations & Standards
I’m a Chemical Engineering major, and also a Senior. After graduating, I plan to work in the petrochemical industry and later go back to school for my MBA. I am Nigerian, and my name Elohor means blessing. I love Alpha Chi because of the friendships and happiness it has given me. It is one of the best feelings being able to walk around campus seeing my sisters, and knowing that they have my back and that they will also be there for me always no matter what.
MONICA JAMES
VP Finance
I am a Junior majoring in Finance and Accounting. I want to be a financial analyst in the future, so first my plan is to become a credit analyst. I’m up for anything with numbers or something that allows me to analyze financial statements, that’s what is really up my ally. I also I LOVE TEEN WOLF AND THE OFFICE! My why Alpha Chi is that I have found lifetime friends. I'm also so excited to be elected and trusted as AXO’s VP finance. So far it has giving me knowledge I couldn't learn in school, people skills, and training on how to interact professionally.
EMILY DOZART
VP Risk Management
My classification is a Junior, and my major is Speech and Hearing Sciences. I love dancing and traveling (especially for music festivals), and after graduating I plan to attend graduate school here at LU for speech pathology!
I love Alpha Chi because it has given me so many genuine friendships, as well as home away from home!
BRIANNA WILLIAMS
VP Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation
I am currently a Sophomore majoring in Nursing with a minor in Psychology. After graduating I plan on moving to Houston to work, and returning to school to obtain a Nurse Practitioner license. Not only am IÂ involved with my sorority but, I've also been a twirler at Lamar for two years! I am excited to take on this position because ritual is what makes us Alpha Chi, so my goal is to keep my sisters educated on Alpha Chi Omega Ritual and how to incorporate it in day to day life.
KAELA ARRINGTON
VP Recruitment
Currently, I’m a Junior majoring in Psychology, and after graduation I plan on attending Law School! I’m from Sugarland, Texas, and when I’m not busy with school I love working out, shopping, and going on road trips! I also love learning random facts and reading blogs! I love Alpha Chi Omega for the women it’s turned me into. AXO has made me a better leader, as well as a well-rounded student.
MCCARTNEY GRAVES
VP New Member Education
I am a Sophomore majoring in Criminal Justice! I love to workout, binge watch Gossip Girl, and go on adventures with all of my friends! I plan on moving to a big city after I graduate and get my degree to eventually work for the FBI. I am so excited to take on a leadership role this year and show all of our New Members how much Alpha Chi Omega will mean to them!
ARIANNA ALFORD
VP Public Relations and Marketing
I am a Junior majoring in Theatre and Dance with a dance emphasis! After graduating, I plan on performing for cruise lines, traveling to get my name out in the dance community, and hopefully open my own studio. With that, I aim to continue sharing my passion and teaching the future generation of dancers! Whenever I’m not dancing I enjoy working out, taking long naps, and hanging out with friends. In regards to this chapter, the ladies of Alpha Chi Omega are like a second family to me, and being able to promote Alpha Chi and everything we do is such an honor.
NAOMI RACZKOVI
VP Membership Programming
I’m a Freshman at Lamar, and I’m majoring in Nursing. After graduation, I plan to get my Masters as a Nurse Practitioner, and a fun fact about me is that I like to bake from scratch! I'm very excited for this executive position, it definitely will make me become more involved in Alpha Chi as I learn how to better serve our chapter!
RACHEL CASSORLA
Panhellenic Delegat
I'm a Junior majoring in Engineering, and as soon as I graduate I want to get a job and pay off my student loans! Fun Fact about me, I hold my high school’s record for weight throw. I love Alpha Chi because the sorority and my sisters encourage and supports me when I need it the most in life.
COURTNEY GREEN
VP Intellectual Development
My major is nursing, and I’m a Junior! My plan is to attend graduate school after my bachelors to become a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). I love fishing, being at the lake, and country music (the older the better!) Another thing I enjoy is helping my sisters grow and develop intellectually within our chapter!

VP Philanthropy
I’m a Junior with a major of Education. As soon as I get my degree I’m not only pursuing my masters, but I’m going to teach! I love being in the sunshine, shopping, and spending time with friends the most. I’m excited for the year to come so I can educate others, and bring awareness to Domestic Violence Awareness!
